Modishads trust

Verification Rules

Effective: August 18, 2026

Verification helps establish trust and eligibility, but it does not replace good judgment or independently checking important professional details.

1. Purpose of verification

Verification is a trust and safety tool designed to help Modishads confirm certain facts about an account, such as identity, age eligibility, professional role, or other feature-specific requirements.

Verification is not a guarantee of a member's character, skill, qualifications, reliability, financial ability, legal compliance, or suitability for a collaboration or business relationship.

2. Adult-only requirement

Modishads is intended only for people age 18 and older. Identity or age verification may be required when reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility for the Service or a specific feature.

3. Identity verification

When identity verification is required, members must submit accurate, current, and authentic information through the designated verification process. Fraudulent, altered, borrowed, stolen, synthetic, or otherwise deceptive verification materials are prohibited.

A successful identity check means only that the applicable verification process was completed to the standard used by Modishads or its verification provider at that time.

4. Professional-role verification

Modishads may offer separate indicators or checks for professional roles, credits, collaborations, organizations, or other qualifications. The evidence required may vary by role or feature.

Professional-role verification does not create an employment, agency, licensing, certification, or endorsement relationship between Modishads and the verified member.

5. Competition verification

Competitions may require identity verification before an entry becomes eligible or before a draft competition can be published. When a model is the subject of a competition entry, Modishads may require that model to complete identity verification so that competitions feature real people rather than fabricated identities or AI-generated substitute models.

Competition winners must complete any required identity verification before receiving prize money, property, or other restricted winnings. Failure to complete required verification within the applicable prize-claim period may result in forfeiture as described in the Competition Official Rules or the specific competition rules.

6. Privacy and verification data

Verification information is handled according to the Modishads Privacy Policy and the practices of any third-party verification provider used for the process. Identity documents and exact date of birth are not displayed publicly merely because a member completes verification.

Modishads may retain limited verification status, identifiers, fraud-prevention records, or audit information where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, enforcement, dispute resolution, or preventing repeated abuse, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

7. Verification badges and display

A verification badge or indicator may be shown only while the account remains eligible for that indicator. Members may not copy, fake, manipulate, or falsely claim a Modishads verification badge or status.

Different badges may represent different verification scopes. Members should not assume that one verification type confirms facts outside the specific scope of that check.

8. Reverification

Modishads may require reverification when reasonably necessary, including after material account changes, suspected fraud, a long period of inactivity, a security incident, inconsistent information, or before a sensitive feature such as prize payout.

Failure to complete requested reverification may temporarily restrict the affected feature or remove the applicable verification indicator until the requirement is satisfied.

9. Revocation and enforcement

Modishads may revoke or suspend a verification status if it was obtained through deception, the underlying information is no longer valid, the account is transferred, the account violates applicable verification requirements, or continued display would materially undermine trust or platform integrity.

A warning, suspension, or other moderation action may also affect eligibility for verification or related programs even if the original identity check was valid.

10. No transfer or sale

Verification belongs only to the account and person or entity that completed the applicable process. Verification may not be sold, transferred, rented, shared, or used to make another person or account appear verified.

11. Verification decisions

Modishads may use automated checks, third-party verification providers, manual review, or a combination of methods. A verification request may be denied, delayed, or require additional information when the submitted information cannot be reliably confirmed or when fraud, security, legal, or eligibility concerns exist.

12. Relationship to other rules

These Verification Rules supplement the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Safety & Community Guidelines, and Competition Official Rules. Feature-specific verification requirements may also apply.
