This Privacy Policy explains how Modishads collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use the Modishads website, member accounts, profiles, portfolios, messaging, collaborations, competitions, verification features, advertising features, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

This Policy applies to information processed by Modishads. Third-party services may process information under their own privacy policies when you use their products or features through the Service.

Account information. We collect information you provide when creating or maintaining an account, such as display name, email address, password-related authentication data handled by our authentication provider, profile type, profession, and account settings.

Age and private profile details. Modishads is for adults age 18 and older. We collect date of birth to confirm age eligibility. Your date of birth and exact age are not displayed publicly. Date of birth is stored as private account information. Where the age-display feature is available, you may choose to display only an age range or hide age entirely.

Professional profile and portfolio information. We collect information you choose to provide, such as username, biography, profession, experience, talents, availability, measurements, professional details, website or social links, profile photos, portfolio images, project credits, collaboration history, and similar career information.

Identity and verification information. When verification is offered, we may receive verification status, identifiers, fraud or risk signals, and limited verification-related information. A third-party identity-verification provider may collect identity documents, facial images, or other verification data directly under its own privacy practices. Modishads does not publicly display your identity document or date of birth merely because you complete verification.

Communications and activity. We process messages, collaboration requests, reports, moderation records, notifications, saved profiles, account actions, and other activity needed to provide and protect Service features.

Technical information. We and our service providers may automatically receive device, browser, IP address, request, security, cookie, log, approximate-location, and usage information when you access the Service.

Payment and transaction information. If paid memberships, advertising, payouts, credits, or other paid services are enabled, payment processors may collect payment-card, bank, billing, tax, or payout information. Modishads may receive transaction status, limited billing details, and records needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and customer support.

We use personal information to create and secure accounts; provide profiles, portfolios, search, messaging, collaboration, verification, competition, moderation, advertising, and other requested features; personalize the Service; enforce platform rules; prevent fraud and abuse; respond to support requests; maintain records; measure and improve performance; communicate about the Service; comply with legal obligations; and protect members, Modishads, and the public.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, product planning, safety, performance measurement, and other lawful business purposes where the information is not reasonably linkable to an individual.

Some information is intended to be visible to other people depending on the feature and your privacy settings, such as your username, display name, profile image, professional role, portfolio material, selected professional details, verification indicator, optional age range, and content you intentionally publish.

Other information is treated as private or restricted, including date of birth, exact age, account credentials, private verification materials, and information specifically designated as private. A privacy setting controls platform visibility but cannot prevent another person from saving, recording, or redistributing information they were legitimately able to view.

Service providers. We disclose information to vendors that help us operate the Service, such as hosting, database, authentication, storage, security, email, identity verification, payment, analytics, advertising, and customer-support providers. They receive information appropriate to the services they perform.

Other users and the public. We make information available according to the feature you use and the visibility settings you choose.

Safety, legal, and enforcement purposes. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect rights, safety, or property; investigate fraud or abuse; enforce our Terms; or respond to emergencies or valid government requests.

Business transactions. If Modishads is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be disclosed as part of evaluating or completing that transaction, subject to applicable law.

With your direction or consent. We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or otherwise consent.

Modishads uses or may use Google advertising services, including Google AdSense, and may use other advertising or analytics providers. Advertising technologies may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device information, or other identifiers to deliver, limit, measure, protect, and, depending on settings and applicable law, personalize advertising.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may place and read cookies on your browser or use similar technologies as a result of ads or related services appearing on Modishads. Google's advertising cookies can be used to serve ads based on visits to Modishads and other sites, depending on the user's settings and applicable requirements.

You can manage Google ad personalization through Google's advertising settings. Browser or device controls may also allow you to block or delete certain cookies. Where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out mechanism for advertising technologies, Modishads will provide or honor the required choice mechanism as implemented on the Service.

Modishads does not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising or analytics activities can be treated as a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under some U.S. state privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. If those laws apply to Modishads and those activities are enabled, we will provide the required notice and opt-out choices.

We do not use date of birth or identity-verification documents to target advertising. We do not knowingly sell sensitive personal information.

Some information associated with the Service may be considered sensitive under applicable law, such as date of birth, identity-verification information, precise location if ever collected, financial account information, or certain other legally protected data. We limit sensitive-data processing to purposes reasonably necessary and proportionate to provide, secure, verify, administer, or comply with legal requirements for the relevant feature, unless another lawful basis or consent applies.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining account and transaction records, enforcing platform rules, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, meeting legal obligations, and protecting safety and security.

Deleting an account does not always require immediate deletion of every record. We may retain limited safety, moderation, fraud-prevention, transaction, legal, or audit records where reasonably necessary or legally permitted. Public or professional-history features may be anonymized or preserved where needed to protect the integrity of verified collaboration or project records, consistent with applicable law.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information, including access controls, authentication protections, database authorization controls, private storage where appropriate, and monitoring or security practices. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for protecting your password and devices.

You can update many profile and account details through the Service, adjust available profile-visibility and notification settings, and use account controls provided by Modishads.

Depending on where you live and whether a privacy law applies to Modishads, you may have rights to request access to personal information, obtain a copy, correct inaccurate information, delete information, opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and appeal a denied privacy request. You may also have a right not to receive unlawful discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, such as when we cannot verify the requester, need the information for security or legal purposes, or an exception applies.

Account deletion can be initiated through the deletion controls available in Settings where enabled. Other privacy requests may be submitted to privacy@modishads.com. We will provide any additional request method required by applicable law as the Service expands.

Modishads is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly permit minors to maintain accounts. If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may suspend or delete the account and associated information as appropriate, subject to legal and safety-retention requirements.

The Service may link to or integrate third-party websites, social networks, payment providers, advertisers, identity-verification services, or other products. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy, except to the extent Modishads itself receives and processes information from them.

Modishads and its service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. If you access the Service from another jurisdiction, your information may be transferred to a country with different data-protection laws, subject to any safeguards required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service, vendors, advertising practices, legal requirements, or privacy features change. If a change is material, we will provide notice appropriate to the change, such as through the Service, account notice, or an updated effective date.
