Modishads safety
Safety & Community Guidelines
Effective: August 18, 2026
1. Professional community standards
Modishads is a professional network for models, photographers, stylists, makeup artists, designers, creative directors, retouchers, and other creative professionals. Members are expected to communicate and collaborate respectfully, accurately, and in good faith.
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, exploit, defraud, impersonate, discriminate unlawfully, or repeatedly contact someone after they have made clear that contact is unwanted.
2. Safety comes first
No photo, video, competition entry, collaboration, or creative project is worth putting someone in danger. Do not pressure another person to work on unsafe ledges, active roadways, restricted property, hazardous structures, dangerous heights, unsafe water, severe weather, or other circumstances that create unreasonable risk of injury.
Members should use appropriate safety equipment, follow location rules, respect emergency instructions, and stop a shoot or meeting when conditions become unsafe.
3. Meeting and collaborating with other members
Verification and reputation tools can reduce some risk but are not guarantees. Before an in-person meeting or shoot, confirm important details, use professional or public locations when practical, tell a trusted person where you will be when appropriate, and leave any situation that feels unsafe.
Modishads helps members connect, but agreements to hire, pay, reimburse, travel, license work, meet, shoot, or otherwise conduct business outside the Service are between the participating parties unless Modishads expressly states otherwise for a specific feature.
4. Sexual content and exploitation
Modishads is not an adult-content or pornography platform. Pornography, sexually explicit material, sexual services, coercive sexual requests, and links that primarily direct members to sexually explicit content are prohibited.
Artistic, editorial, fashion, swimwear, or other professional creative work may still be restricted or removed if Modishads determines that it is exploitative, primarily sexual in purpose, unlawfully explicit, deceptive, or inconsistent with the professional purpose of the platform.
5. Authenticity, identity, and AI
Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, professional experience, credits, ownership of work, verification status, or eligibility for a feature or competition.
Synthetic or AI-generated content may not be used to deceive members about the identity of a real person, fabricate a real professional credit, or enter a competition that requires authentic human participation. Competition-specific rules may impose stricter authenticity requirements.
6. Harassment, hate, threats, and coercion
Threats of violence, targeted harassment, stalking, extortion, blackmail, sexual coercion, doxxing, encouragement of self-harm, and content that unlawfully targets people based on protected characteristics are prohibited.
Disagreements about creative work, rates, scheduling, or professional decisions do not justify abusive behavior. Use blocking and reporting tools when needed and preserve relevant evidence when reporting serious misconduct.
7. Fraud, spam, and platform abuse
Do not scam members, send deceptive payment requests, distribute malware, scrape the Service without authorization, manipulate engagement or voting, create accounts to evade enforcement, submit fraudulent verification documents, or use automated systems in ways that interfere with platform integrity.
8. Reporting, blocking, and moderation
Members can report profiles and use blocking tools to limit unwanted interaction. Reports are reviewed based on available information, platform rules, safety considerations, and applicable law.
Modishads may remove content, issue warnings, restrict features, suspend accounts, revoke verification or program privileges, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect members or enforce platform rules. Serious violations may result in immediate action without a prior warning.
9. Emergency situations
Modishads is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate threat to life or physical safety, contact appropriate local emergency services first. A Modishads report can still be submitted afterward so the platform can review account-level action.
10. These guidelines work with our Terms
These Community Guidelines supplement the Modishads Terms of Service. Additional rules may apply to competitions, verification, paid services, promotions, advertising, or other specific features.
