Founding 500 program terms
A personal, earned designation.
Open your Founder dashboardFounding 500 is not a purchasable membership. It is limited to 500 active seats and grants Premier benefits for life only while the approved person remains qualified under current program terms. Founder numbers are permanent and never reused; replacements receive new numbers, so historical numbers can exceed 500.
Qualification
Every member can track qualification: complete your profile, confirm your email, verify your identity, refer 25 qualified ID-verified members, sign in at least weekly, and remain in good standing. Completing the checklist makes you ready for administrator review, not automatic admission. An administrator sends an invitation; you read the terms and accept or decline. Acceptance requires an available seat. The initial 25 referrals satisfy Year 1; five new qualified referrals are required in each membership year from Year 2 onward. Activity, identity and good-standing requirements continue.
Non-transferable status
Founding 500 status is personal to the individual originally approved. It cannot be sold, gifted, assigned, traded, inherited, transferred, or otherwise given to another person. It is tied to the approved person’s verified identity—not merely a username, email address, or stage name.
Permanent revocation after transfer
If Modishads determines that the account or its ownership or control was transferred or given to another person, Founding status is permanently revoked and all associated lifetime benefits end. The recipient receives no Founding status. The account may revert to the appropriate standard membership plan, and the vacated position does not automatically pass to any recipient.
Program authority
Status and benefits remain subject to the Founding 500 program terms, qualification reviews, activity and conduct requirements, safety enforcement, and changes required to operate the program fairly and lawfully.
