Send the information that helps us investigate

For a technical problem, record the page address, what you were trying to do, what happened, and the approximate time. Include your device and browser and the exact error message if one appeared. Crop screenshots to remove unrelated messages and personal information. Never include a password, payment card number or government ID in a general support report.

For a safety concern, preserve relevant messages and the member or project link. Describe the behavior and when it happened. Sign in to use the secure reporting routes below. Platform reporting is not an emergency response service; seek appropriate local emergency help for immediate danger.

Before you submit

• For an entry problem, check the current competition’s deadline, eligibility and required credits.
• For a missing public portfolio, check whether the profile and item are intended to be public.
• For a guide correction, include the article link and the passage that needs review.
